Supervisor & Employee Training (On-site or Online)

Well-trained supervisors and managers are vital to a successful organization and to maintaining compliance with federal, state and local laws. Our in-person and on-line training focuses on the most important topics, is legally current and compliant, fits the time constraints of busy employees, and is very cost effective.

We believe that the best way to ensure that employees’ behavior aligns with an organization’s expectations is to provide a common foundation of training.  Training can range from making sure that everyone’s rights are respected, to sharing a common knowledge of legal requirements, to addressing unique topics specific to a workplace.  Some training is mandated, while other training is considered a best practice.

In-person training is particularly useful when group discussion and problem-solving are an important component of the curricula.  It is usually a more expensive option from the standpoint of lost work hours and the trainer’s time, but it has the advantage of being able to explore topics together.  In the end, you know that the person next to you heard the same thing you did – you both share a common training experience and knowledge.

We have partnered with LawRoom®, a leading provider of employment law compliance training, to offer their on-line training to our clients in increments as small as one seat at a time.  Our curricula ranges from the California-compliant AB1825 Anti-Harassment, Discrimination, Retaliation courses for supervisors and employees, to a variety of employment law courses, to specialty courses such as Bloodborne Pathogens and Recognize and Report Child Abuse.

On-line courses may be taken at any time and don’t have to be completed in one sitting.  The courses are interactive, efficient and effective.  Some of the courses are also available in Spanish.  On-line training is an excellent cost-conscious choice and we are proud to offer an excellent, up-to-date curriculum.
